STRINGENT ASME CODE REQUIREMENTS GUIDE VESSEL FABRICATION.
All Bendel Pressure Vessels and Reactors are designed and fabricated in strict accordance with ASME (Section VIII, Division I). ASME vessels can be fabricated from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel or Nickel Alloy materials.
The ASME code may encompass the primary vessel only or the entire assembly which may include heating/cooling jackets, internal coils or other pressure retaining components.
With Bendel’s years of experience, we have built a vast array of Pressure Vessels & Reactors with wall thickness exceeding 1", diameters up to 15 feet and weighing up to 70 tons. Due to the many different industries we serve, our experience in design and fabrication of Pressure Vessels & Reactors is immense.
All Bendel welders are required to pass stringent performance requirements per ASME Section IX prior to welding on any Vessel or Reactor.
