Due to the assortment of industries we serve, our experience in design and fabrication of pressure vessels and reactors is immense. We are extremely proud of the fact that we can meet a variety of design specifications and structure requirements. The ASME vessels that we produce have been fabricated from carbon steel, stainless steel and nickel alloy materials and have served many different purposes. In short, we are a jack of all trades when it comes to pressure vessel and reactor manufacturing.
“Many clients chose Bendel because they know we can get the job done,” said Fred Weissbach, Gulf Coast Sales Manager for Bendel. “Over the years, we have built a manufacturing portfolio that is as diverse as it is impressive. This is largely due to our experienced team of highly trained welders and our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.”
All Bendel welders are required to pass stringent performance requirements per ASME Section IX prior to welding on any vessel or reactor.
Another Quality Job by Bendel Vessel Manufacturing TeamThe Bendel vessel manufacturing team recently completed a project that included a 8,000 gallon reactor and a 1,000 gallon reactor vessel. The 8,000 gallon reactor included a shell-to-shell jacket jumper, bottom head to shell jacket jumper and an assortment of heavy duty gaskets, bolts and hex nuts.
